How is my price determined?

Prices are determined based on volume and special offers at the time.

Can I get my order sooner?

All stocked items ordered before midday will be despatched same day.

Our trade counter is open from 7.30am to 5.30 Monday to Friday to facilitate collections.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order transaction value is €50.

How do I get a Rep to call?

Call the office on 01-4600064 or complete our online contact form with your request.

Shipping

How will my goods ship?

Offline orders:

Within 50km of GPO: NAA Vehicles
Under 25KG: DHL
Ireland & UK: Johnston Logistics

 

Online orders:

Handles ordered will be shipped direct to you within 3 to 5 working days.

During the checkout process, you can request an overnight delivery at an additional charge for orders placed before 11am.

Rubio products will be shipped same day by DPD courier for next day delivery. Where products are out of stock, you will be notified upon receipt of order.

What delivery period do you have?

Next day service on orders placed before midday on stocked product.

Delivery varies on special order requests.

Can I come pick up my order?

Absolutely.

Once you have made this request when ordering and have been advised your goods are ready you can collect.

Our trade counter opening hours are 7.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Can you ship internationally?

We shop to the UK within 48 hours.

Payment

What are your standard credit terms?

Once you have been approved with a credit account (this generally is after the first three orders have been paid for and a credit check) our standard credit are 30 days end of month.

What forms of payment do you take?

We take all major credit cards, bank transfer and cash.

How do I go about opening an account?

Contact your area manager for further details.

Returns

What if I want to return products purchased?

We charge a 15% restocking charge on all products.
All goods must be in original packaging.

For orders placed online the following returns policy applies:

  • HANDLES
    As handles are being shipped form Germany, they are not able to be returned. The exception will be if they are faulty or damaged or outside specification. Simply package up the items ensuring your details are included and ship to :Naa Ltd

  • RUBIO
    Any can that has been opened or outside specification is a non-returnable item.
